CAMPO and Williamson County are choosing to spend $220+ million dollars in tax payer money to bypass Liberty Hill instead of supporting small businesses, enhancing existing infrastructure, and improving safety for Liberty Hill residents.
The proposed Highway 29 bypass will direct traffic around most of Liberty Hill city limits, impacting existing businesses and deterring additional investment on the existing Highway 29 and historical downtown.
